and i was here...

hello po. good morning to all of you. sorry for not updating my blog for the past 4 days or 3 days since i left the country. well, here i am now. after a long travel for less than 24 hours ( thats how long it is. sigh) we finally reached our destination.

Thank you to Cathay Pacific for bringing us to honkong and to LAX. And to American Airlines for bringing us to Washington.

The trip on Cathay was so peaceful that i dont have to worry anything since that was my first time to ride an airplane. waaaa.. and my sleep was not a sleep. i just slept for about 15 to 20 mins. then my eyes are wide open again. but i have a problem on the food that they served in Cathay from Hongkong to LAX, since i dont veggies, i really dont like it, i did not eat the main food that they served. i dont like the taste of the pasta so i changed it to chicken and since i was so lucky there was no anymore chicken available and they served me a fish, and i really dont like the taste! and the omelette's that they served, a lot of herbs. imagine how can i eat that? so i just live by eating breads, juices, sodas, and yogurt.

We waited less than 5 hours from LAX for our next flight here in Wahington, and we ate at burger king. and i learn a lesson. dont eat like your in the Philippines, that you want to upsize it all. cause they're serving for the big people. waaa. so i wasted my food. not really wasted but i brought it here in the hotel and just ate it after 2 days. hehehe..

we already went to our HQ and meet the people there. they are all nice. and we had lunch for two consecutive days with Gaye, our counterpart. and when we introduced ourselves with her, she told me, "ahah, and youre edward". hehehe.

but all in all, the experience as of now is great. but when we go here last wed, the temperature i think was in negative celcius. and it feels like that my "doctor enhanced" nose is bleeding inside. and we never stay out because of the cold and we dont have a business there. and also, Gaye lend us all a jacket that we can use. How kind she is.

We went to the grocery store last Thursday, and i spent 30$ for my grocery.

And thats for now. will keep you an updates and the pics soon. i love this place! waaa. feels like i was been here before. or my life before was like this? hmm. watcha think?

Godbless to All.

i just don't understand why you were not advised to bring jacket as it is still practically winter here in the US. also, you'll have the taste of the switching of time due to DST in the next 6 hours (PST). my team had been busy applying patches and testing applications in the last few weeks. on top of that, i'm the technical support person (on-call) in case an issue comes up tonight.
