kumain daw ako ng gulay

i had a fever last night. and i was in a not so good situation. iyong tipong nagchichill ako. sabi ko kasi pag nilagnat pa ko last week i will go to the doctor last weekend. eh hindi naman ako nagkasakit last friday so i decided not to go to the hospital na.

pero dahil nga sa nangyari kagabi, i decided to go to the clinic and iyon nga. they took a blood sample, and then they said na balik na lang ako after an hour for the result and for the doctor. so bumalik ako ng around 3 pm and waited almost 45 mins. dahil ung doctor is kumakain. fine with me. pero ayoko lang talga ng nagwawait ng sobrang tagal, and i admit na badtrip na ko that time.

then it was my turn na to talk to the doctor, and when she saw the result tinawag nya pa ung assistant ng clinic and pinakuha ung correct number ng result. kasi mababa daw and need nyang malaman ung talgang number. then sabi nya, sobrang baba nga daw nung 2 item. which can lead to dengue. so ako naman, sabi ko naisip ko nga rin po na baka dengue iyon, pero ang lakas ko naman kasi more than a week na kong ganito. :D

then sabi nya kumakain ka ba ng gulay, then i answered hindi po. ayan kasi mababa din ung mga results mo. kamusta naman iyon. my epekto. tsktsk..

so the doctor advised me to go back tomorrow again to have my CBC and then imomonitor nya kung ganun pa rin. kung hindi cguro maganda ung result ang mangyayari is ma-admit ako sa hospital. hahaha..

grabe! so bibili na ko ng maraming gatorade mamaya at lalaklakin ko ng lalaklakin para matigil na ito and umokay na pakiramdam ko.. hehehe

Bakit nga ba gatorade? nung may sakit din ang tito ko, lagi siyang umiinom ng gatorade.

may healing effects ba yun? hehe.

Pagaling ka na. At wag matigas ang ulo, kumain ng malunggay at ampalaya, at lettuce. Eheheh. :)

Makulay ang buhay pag may gulay.

if you find in yucky, start with the simple ones, like salad greens. filling na, filled with nutritive value pa.

then progress with the more difficult ones to eat like bitter gourd.

i am telling you, it really has lots of benefits than sariwang karne can offer.

kung di ka masyadong magulay, then add lots of fruits to your diet. kahit a fruit per meal, eh di 3 fruits na yon. it's healthy and cleanses your system.

and when you are healthy, panatag ang buhay.
